Godrej 1.4 Ton 5 Star EI 17LINV5R32 WYR 2025 Model CoolingHeavy Duty Cooling Extreme Temperature Inverter Split AC (White)

Product Overview & Value Proposition

The Godrej 1.4 Ton 5 Star EI 17LINV5R32 WYR 2025 Model represents a significant advancement in residential cooling technology, specifically engineered to address the challenges of high-ambient temperature environments. As a Split Inverter AC, this unit is designed for users who prioritize energy efficiency without compromising on heavy-duty cooling performance. Positioned as a 2025 model, it adheres to the latest 5 Star BEE Rating standards, making it a forward-looking choice for consumers seeking to minimize their carbon footprint and long-term electricity expenditures.

The primary value proposition of this air conditioner lies in its ability to maintain consistent cooling even when external temperatures reach extreme levels. With a specialized focus on Heavy Duty Cooling, the unit is built to handle thermal loads that might cause standard air conditioners to struggle. It is an ideal solution for medium-sized rooms, specifically those ranging from 111 to 150 sq ft, where precise temperature control and air purification are essential for comfort.

Targeting homeowners and urban dwellers who face intense summer heat, the Godrej EI 17LINV5R32 WYR offers a blend of robust hardware and intelligent software features. By utilizing Inverter technology and a Variable Speed compressor, the device avoids the energy-intensive "on-off" cycles of traditional units, providing a smoother, more stable, and more economical cooling experience.

Core Specifications & Architecture

At the heart of the Godrej 1.4 Ton Split AC is a sophisticated architecture designed for durability and thermal efficiency. The system is powered by a Variable Speed Compressor, which allows the unit to modulate its cooling output based on the real-time thermal requirements of the room. This is a cornerstone of its Inverter technology, ensuring that the 4500 W cooling capacity is delivered with precision.

The technical specifications reveal a deep commitment to high-performance components:

• Capacity: 1.4 Ton, optimized for spaces between 111 and 150 sq ft.
• Cooling Capacity: 4500 W.
• Energy Efficiency: 5 Star BEE Rating (2025 standards) with an ISEER of 5.05 W/W.
• Annual Electricity Consumption: Approximately 690.34 Units.
• Refrigerant: Environmentally conscious R-32.
• Condenser and Evaporator: Equipped with Anti Corrosive Blue Fin technology.
• Coil Material: High-grade Copper for superior heat exchange.

The electrical architecture is designed for standard residential use, requiring AC 230 V, 50 Hz. One of the most impressive technical metrics is its ability to operate in extreme ambient temperatures up to 52 DegreeC, a feature that validates its "Extreme Temperature" marketing claim. This ensures that the compressor remains functional and efficient even during the most intense heatwaves.

Advanced Filtration and Air Quality

Beyond mere temperature regulation, the Godrej 1.4 Ton model incorporates a multi-layered filtration system to enhance indoor air quality. The unit features a Dust Filter to capture larger particulates, complemented by an Active Carbon Filter for enhanced air purification. Furthermore, the inclusion of a Nano Coated Antiviral Filter and an Anti-bacteria Filter suggests a design intent to create a healthier living environment by addressing microscopic biological contaminants.

Performance, Usability & Everyday Experience

In real-world application, the performance of the EI 17LINV5R32 WYR is defined by its versatility. The unit offers several operating modes to suit different environmental conditions and user preferences: Auto Mode, Sleep Mode, Dry Mode, Cool Mode, Turbo Mode, and Fan Mode. This variety allows users to transition from rapid cooling via Turbo Mode to energy-saving maintenance via Sleep Mode or moisture control via Dry Mode.

The air distribution system is highly customizable. Unlike basic units that offer limited airflow, this model features Auto Air Swing with both Vertical and Horizontal capabilities. This ensures that cool air is distributed evenly across the entire 111-150 sq ft area, preventing "hot spots" or uncomfortable direct drafts.

Usability is enhanced through several intelligent convenience features. The Auto Restart function ensures that in the event of a power fluctuation, the AC resumes its previous settings once power is restored. The Memory Feature preserves user preferences, while the Self Diagnosis capability allows the system to monitor its own health, providing peace of mind and simplifying troubleshooting. For those who prefer scheduled operation, the integrated Timer provides granular control over runtimes.

Design, Build Quality & Efficiency

The physical design of the Godrej Split AC emphasizes longevity and resistance to environmental degradation. A critical aspect of its build quality is the use of Anti Corrosive Blue Fin on both the condenser and evaporator fins. This coating is essential for protecting the unit against oxidation and corrosion, which is vital for maintaining efficiency over many years of operation. The use of a Copper Condenser Coil further reinforces the unit's durability and thermal conductivity compared to aluminum alternatives.

The aesthetic is clean and professional, presented in a classic White finish that allows it to blend seamlessly into most interior decors. Despite its heavy-duty capabilities, the indoor unit maintains a relatively slim profile with dimensions of 100 cm x 29.5 cm x 23 cm and a weight of 11 kg, making installation straightforward.

The outdoor unit, which houses the heavy-duty compressor and condenser, is more substantial, weighing 23.7 kg with dimensions of 78.1 cm x 55.7 cm x 28.1 cm. This weight is indicative of the robust components required to handle 52 DegreeC ambient temperatures. From an efficiency standpoint, the 5 Star BEE Rating and the ISEER of 5.05 W/W signify that the unit is among the most efficient in its class, specifically optimized for the 2025 energy standards.
