Samsung Galaxy Book5 360 2 in 1 Laptop Intel Core Ultra 7 256V 16 GB RAM 512 GB SSD NP750QHA

Product Overview & Value Proposition

The Samsung Galaxy Book5 360 (NP750QHA) represents a sophisticated evolution in the premium convertible laptop market. Positioned as a Next Gen AI PC, this device is engineered to bridge the gap between high-performance computing and mobile versatility. By integrating the Intel Core Ultra 7 256V processor within a sleek, Full Metal Chassis, Samsung has created a machine that caters to professionals, students, and creators who demand both power and portability.

The primary value proposition of the Galaxy Book5 360 lies in its 2 in 1 form factor. This versatility allows the user to transition seamlessly from a traditional laptop mode for intensive typing and multitasking to a tablet-style orientation for creative work or media consumption. With its 15.6-inch Full HD AMOLED Display and included S-Pen, the device is specifically optimized for users who prioritize visual fidelity and precise input. It is a device designed for those who need a reliable workstation that can travel light without sacrificing the ability to handle complex processing tasks.

Market-wise, this laptop competes in the high-end ultraportable segment. It targets individuals who require a "do-it-all" machine—one that can manage heavy multitasking through its 16 GB of LPDDR5X RAM while remaining thin enough to carry in a standard bag. The inclusion of Windows 11 Home and MS Office ensures that it is ready for immediate productivity out of the box, making it a compelling choice for the modern hybrid workforce.

Core Specifications & Architecture

At the heart of the Samsung Galaxy Book5 360 is a cutting-edge architecture designed to meet the demands of modern software and AI-driven workflows. The device is powered by the Intel Core Ultra 7 256V processor, a component that signifies the shift toward intelligent, efficient computing. This processor works in tandem with 16 GB of LPDDR5X RAM, providing the high-speed memory bandwidth necessary for smooth multitasking and rapid data access.

Processing and Graphics Power

The computational strength of the NP750QHA is centered around the Intel Core Ultra 7 variant. This processor is specifically suited for Processing & Multitasking, allowing users to run multiple applications simultaneously without significant latency. Complementing the CPU is the Intel Integrated Arc graphics processor. While integrated, the Arc architecture provides enhanced graphical capabilities compared to standard integrated solutions, supporting visual tasks and media playback with greater efficiency.

Storage and Memory Configuration

For data management, the laptop features a 512 GB SSD. This solid-state storage ensures rapid boot times, quick application launches, and efficient file transfers. The use of LPDDR5X RAM is a critical architectural choice, as this high-performance memory type is essential for maintaining system stability during memory-intensive operations, such as heavy web browsing with numerous tabs or running productivity suites.

Display and Visual Engineering

The visual centerpiece of the Galaxy Book5 360 is its 15.6-inch (39.62 cm) Full HD AMOLED Display. The AMOLED technology ensures deep contrast ratios and vibrant color reproduction, which is a significant upgrade over standard LCD panels. With a 1920 x 1080 Pixel resolution, the screen provides sharp, clear imagery suitable for both professional document review and high-definition media consumption. The touchscreen capability is integrated directly into this panel, enabling the 2 in 1 functionality.

Performance, Usability & Everyday Experience

In real-world scenarios, the Samsung Galaxy Book5 360 is built to be a highly responsive companion. The combination of the Intel Core Ultra 7 and 16 GB of RAM makes it an excellent choice for users whose daily routine involves heavy multitasking. Whether you are managing complex spreadsheets in MS Office, participating in video conferences, or running various background processes, the system architecture is designed to prevent bottlenecks.

Input and Interaction

The user experience is defined by its versatile input methods. The QWERTY keyboard is equipped with backlit functionality, which is essential for maintaining productivity in low-light environments. For those who prefer a more tactile or creative approach, the inclusion of the S-Pen in the box transforms the device into a digital canvas. This makes the laptop exceptionally useful for note-taking, digital sketching, or precise document annotation.

Security and access are streamlined through a built-in fingerprint sensor. This allows for faster and more secure system access, removing the friction of traditional password entry. The integration of Bluetooth v5.4 ensures that wireless peripherals, such as mice, headphones, or external keyboards, can connect with high stability and low latency.

Connectivity and Workflow

Despite its slim profile, the device offers a robust selection of ports to facilitate a productive workflow. Users can utilize 2 x Thunderbolt 4 (TBT4) ports for high-speed data transfer, connecting to external displays, or docking stations. Additionally, the inclusion of 1 x USB Type A port provides compatibility with legacy peripherals, and the 1 x HDMI port allows for easy connection to monitors or projectors during presentations. It is worth noting that there is no optical disk drive, adhering to the modern standard of slim, high-performance computing.

Design, Build Quality & Efficiency

Samsung has prioritized a premium aesthetic and structural integrity with the Full Metal Chassis of the Galaxy Book5 360. The Gray finish provides a professional and sophisticated look that fits well in corporate or academic settings. The build is designed to be durable, and the specifications explicitly state that the device is not fragile, suggesting a level of robustness suitable for daily commuting.

Portability and Dimensions

One of the standout features of this model is its impressive portability. The laptop measures 355.4 x 228.0 x 13.7 mm and weighs only 1.46 Kg. This lightweight design, combined with the slim 13.7 mm profile, makes it an ideal "carry it along" device. It is engineered for users who are frequently on the move and need a powerful machine that does not add significant bulk to their carry.

Battery and Power Management

To support its mobile nature, the Galaxy Book5 360 is equipped to provide up to 12.3 hours of battery backup. This longevity is crucial for users who may not always have immediate access to a power outlet, such as students in lecture halls or professionals traveling between meetings. When it does need to recharge, the package includes a 65W Charger and a USB-C to C Data Cable (1.8m), ensuring efficient and modern charging capabilities.
