The inclusion of Windows 11 Home and Microsoft Office out of the box further enhances its value, providing a complete software ecosystem for immediate use. Whether you are drafting documents, managing spreadsheets, or streaming media, the Vivobook Go 15 is built to serve as a streamlined digital hub for everyday computing needs.

Core Specifications & Architecture

At the heart of the ASUS Vivobook Go 15 lies the AMD Ryzen 3 7320U processor. This quad-core architecture is designed to balance power consumption with computational throughput. The processor operates at a base clock speed of 2.4 GHz and can reach a max turbo frequency of up to 4.1 GHz, allowing the system to dynamically scale its performance based on the intensity of the workload. This ensures that while the laptop remains energy-efficient during idle tasks, it can provide the necessary burst performance for more demanding applications.

Memory and Storage Subsystem

To support modern multitasking, the device is equipped with 8 GB of LPDDR5 RAM. The choice of LPDDR5 is significant, as this high-speed, low-power memory standard provides better bandwidth and efficiency compared to older generations, directly benefiting the integrated AMD Radeon graphics. While the onboard memory is not listed as expandable, the 8 GB capacity is optimized for the Windows 11 environment and standard multitasking workflows.

Storage is handled by a high-speed 512 GB SSD, ensuring rapid boot times and quick application launches. For users who find themselves outgrowing the initial capacity, the architecture supports an expandable SSD capacity of up to 1 TB, offering a clear path for future data expansion. It is important to note that this model does not include an optical disk drive, adhering to the modern trend of slim, high-speed solid-state storage.

Display and Visual Processing

The visual experience is centered around a 15.6-inch (39.62 cm) FHD display. With a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels and a 16:9 aspect ratio, the screen provides sharp, high-definition imagery suitable for both text-heavy work and video consumption. The display utilizes an LED Backlit LCD panel with an anti-glare coating, which is essential for reducing reflections in brightly lit environments. With a brightness rating of 250 nits, the screen is well-suited for indoor use.

ASUS has also prioritized user eye health by incorporating a TUV Rheinland-certified display, which helps mitigate eye strain during prolonged usage sessions. The design maximizes the viewing area through an impressive 84% screen-to-body ratio, providing an immersive feel within a compact frame.

Performance, Usability & Everyday Experience

In real-world scenarios, the combination of the Ryzen 3 7320U and 8 GB of LPDDR5 memory makes the Vivobook Go 15 a capable machine for processing and multitasking. Users can expect smooth performance when running multiple browser tabs alongside office productivity suites. The AMD Radeon graphics integrated into the processor provide sufficient capability for high-definition video playback and light graphical tasks, though it is primarily optimized for productivity rather than heavy gaming.

Connectivity and Communication

For the modern connected user, the Vivobook Go 15 offers robust wireless capabilities. It features Wi-Fi 6E (802.11ax) Dual-band (1*1) connectivity, which allows for faster speeds and more stable connections in crowded wireless environments. This is complemented by Bluetooth v5.0, facilitating seamless pairing with wireless peripherals such as mice, headphones, or external speakers.

Video conferencing is made more secure and convenient with the 720p HD web camera. A standout feature for privacy-conscious users is the inclusion of a physical privacy shutter, allowing you to manually block the camera lens when not in use. The integrated internal microphone and built-in speakers provide a complete audio solution for virtual meetings and media consumption.

Input and Interface

The typing experience is facilitated by a Chiclet Keyboard, designed for tactile feedback and comfort during long typing sessions. The layout is integrated into the chassis to maintain the laptop's slim profile. For peripheral connectivity, the device offers a versatile selection of ports:

• 1 x USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-C for modern, high-speed data transfer and connectivity.
• 1 x USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A for standard high-speed peripherals.
• 1 x USB 2.0 Type-A for legacy devices or basic input tools.

Design, Build Quality & Efficiency

The ASUS Vivobook Go 15 is defined by its Thin and Light design philosophy. Measuring 360.3 x 232.5 x 17.9 mm, it maintains a slim profile that fits easily into most backpacks and messenger bags. Despite its large 15.6-inch screen, the device remains highly portable with a weight of only 1.63 Kg, making it one of the lighter options in its class.

Aesthetics and Build

Finished in a sophisticated Mixed Black color, the laptop offers a professional and understated aesthetic suitable for both academic and corporate settings. The build quality focuses on durability and portability, ensuring that the device can withstand the rigors of daily travel. The 84% screen-to-body ratio contributes to a modern, sleek appearance that belies its practical, utilitarian purpose.

Power and Efficiency

The architecture of the Ryzen 3 7320U is inherently focused on efficiency, which is critical for a "Go" series laptop.
