Warranty and After-Sales Service

Please note that filters, RO membrane, and filter housing are not covered under warranty. The Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) of raw water should be less than 2000 PPM, and Hardness of Raw Water should be less than 300 PPM for the warranty to apply.
