Warranty & Support

The Grand Plus comes with a 6-month domestic warranty on the motor/SMPS. However, please note that the installation charges are not covered under this warranty and will be borne by the customer. If any problem occurs during the warranty period, the buyer is responsible for shipping the product to the manufacturer or service center address.

After the installation, every visit for service will be chargeable at Rs300/-. All services are chargeable.
