AquaDpure offers offsite warranty services, covering motor and SMPS repairs within the first year of purchase. For any issues during the warranty period, the seller will repair MOTER/SMPS by couriering parts to your address within 4-6 days.

Customer care is available from 10 AM to 7 PM (Mon to Sat), excluding Sundays. There's a service charge of Rs.300/- for every visit, along with the cost of spare parts as applicable.

Installation Charges

Please note that installation charges are Rs.499/- and will be borne by the customer.
