• (A) Electrical Parts Warranty: All electrical components are covered for one year, except the UV lamp.
• (B) Exclusions: Filters are not covered as they are consumables and their lifespan depends on water quality. Similarly, self-installed RO systems void the warranty.
• (C) Repair Service: Electrical parts will be repaired offsite through courier service, but technicians' charges will be borne by the customer.
• (D) Installation Support: The seller provides installation services for a nominal fee of INR 500. Technicians will visit within 24 to 48 hours for query resolution or installation.
