It is engineered for those who want to transform their living room, home theater, or large communal spaces into an immersive viewing environment.

The core value proposition of this device lies in its sheer scale combined with sophisticated visual and auditory processing. By integrating a DLED A+ panel with QLED technology, the Luxe Series aims to deliver high-fidelity imagery that remains consistent even when viewed from wide angles. This is not merely a television; it is a centerpiece designed for high-impact viewing, whether that involves high-stakes sports, blockbuster cinema, or next-generation gaming. With the inclusion of the webOS Hub, the TV also serves as a centralized smart home entertainment command center, offering a vast ecosystem of applications and seamless user interaction.

Targeting enthusiasts of large-format displays, the Luxe Series 98-inch model is ideal for homeowners with expansive living areas who seek a premium, frameless aesthetic. It caters to a diverse demographic, from movie buffs requiring Dolby Atmos soundscapes to gamers looking for low-latency performance through HDMI 2.1 and ALLM. It is a comprehensive solution for anyone looking to bridge the gap between traditional television viewing and a professional-grade theater experience.

Core Specifications & Architecture

At the heart of the Luxe Series 98 inch QLED 4K Smart TV is a sophisticated architectural blend of high-resolution imaging and intelligent software. The display is built around a 98-inch (249 cm) 4K Ultra HD panel, delivering a native resolution of 3840 x 2160. This high pixel density ensures that even at such a massive scale, details remain sharp and textures are rendered with precision.

The visual architecture is further enhanced by several key technical components:

• Panel Technology: The unit utilizes a DLED A+ panel, which is optimized for color accuracy and brightness consistency.
• Color Depth: The display is capable of producing 1.07 billion colors, providing a rich, nuanced spectrum that minimizes color banding and enhances realism.
• Contrast and Dynamic Range: With a 5000:1 contrast ratio, the TV provides deep blacks and bright highlights, a capability further bolstered by support for HDR10 and HLG (Hybrid Log-Gamma).
• Viewing Angles: The panel features a 178-degree viewing angle, ensuring that color and brightness remain stable even when viewers are seated far to the side of the screen.
• Motion Handling: To ensure smooth transitions in fast-moving content, the architecture includes MEMC (Motion Estimation, Motion Compensation) technology.

The smart architecture is powered by the webOS Hub, a robust operating system that provides a personalized home screen, a TV Guide, and a Home Dashboard. This platform grants users access to over 7000+ apps, including major streaming services like Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+ Hotstar, and YouTube, making it a highly versatile media hub.

Connectivity is equally comprehensive, ensuring the device can act as the central node for a complex home entertainment ecosystem. The hardware includes 3 HDMI ports (including 2 HDMI ARC), 2 USB ports, an Optical Out, LAN RJ45, RF, AV, and an Earphone Out. Wireless connectivity is handled via Bluetooth 5.0 and dual-band Wi-Fi 802.11ac, supporting modern features like Screen Cast and iPhone Cast.

Performance, Usability & Everyday Experience

In real-world usage, the Luxe Series 98 inch QLED 4K Smart TV is designed to provide a frictionless and highly engaging experience. The sheer size of the 98-inch screen immediately dictates the user experience, creating an "event" out of every viewing session. Whether watching a high-action film or a live sporting event, the 4K resolution and 1.07 billion color palette work in tandem to create a sense of depth and immersion that smaller displays cannot replicate.

The usability of the device is significantly elevated by the Magic Remote. Unlike traditional remotes that rely solely on directional buttons, the Magic Remote offers point-and-click, scroll, and click functionality, mimicking a computer mouse interface. This makes navigating the extensive webOS app library and typing in search queries much more intuitive. This ease of use is supplemented by a built-in Voice Assistant, allowing users to control TV functions and search for content through simple voice commands, reducing the need for manual menu navigation.

For audio performance, the TV utilizes a 20W audio system (comprising 10W + 10W speakers). While the physical footprint of the speakers is modest relative to the screen size, the integration of Dolby Atmos, Dolby Digital Plus, and Dolby AC-4 support ensures a sophisticated soundstage. Users can tailor the auditory experience to their specific content using dedicated sound modes: Cricket, Cinema, Music, or Clear Voice. This allows for optimized dialogue clarity during news or dramas, and enhanced atmosphere during cinematic viewing.

Gaming performance is a standout aspect of the everyday experience for enthusiasts. The inclusion of Game Optimizer and ALLM (Auto Low Latency Mode) ensures that the TV automatically adjusts its settings to minimize lag when a console is detected. With a 9.5ms response time and HDMI 2.1 support, the Luxe Series provides the responsiveness required for competitive gaming, while MEMC helps mitigate motion blur during high-speed gameplay.

Design, Build Quality & Efficiency

The physical design of the Luxe Series 98 inch QLED 4K Smart TV is centered around the concept of "uninterrupted viewing." It features a frameless design, which minimizes the bezel around the massive 249 cm display, allowing the image to appear as if it is floating within the room. This aesthetic is complemented by an anti-glare finish, a critical feature for a screen of this magnitude, as it helps to mitigate reflections from windows or indoor lighting, maintaining picture integrity in various lighting conditions.

The build quality is reflected in the use of a DLED A+ panel, which suggests a high standard of manufacturing for the display component. The integration of the QLED layer ensures that the colors are vibrant and the brightness is well-managed across the expansive surface area. The structural design must accommodate the significant weight and dimensions of a 98-inch unit, and the frameless approach provides a modern, premium look that fits seamlessly into high-end interior designs.
