Pre-oreder Samsung Galaxy Grand 2 in India for Rs. 2000!

Samsung has officially launched Samsung Galaxy Grand 2 recently. The smartphone will be available in stores for sale in the first week of January. The exact price of smartphone is not been disclosed by company as of now but is expected to be between 23,000 and 25,000. Samsung has started taking pre-order for the same with an initial amount of Rs. 2,000. The balance amount will be paid to them at the time of delivery.
It is the successor to the Samsung Galaxy Grand that was launched earlier this year and became quite popular instanly after its launch in the country. This new phablet has bigger screen, more RAM and longer battery life than its predecessor.
Samsung Galaxy Grand 2
The expected features of Samsung Galaxy Grand 2 are :

  1. It runs on Android 4.3 jelly bean OS and has TouchWiz UI on top.
  2. It has a 5.25-inch HD screen with a resolution of 720 x 1280 pixels.
  3. It is powered by 1.2GHz quad-core processor along with 1.5GB RAM.
  4. It comes with 8GB internal storage, which can be extended using upto 64GB using microSD card support .
  5. Galaxy Grand 2 comes with an 8MP auto focus, dual LED flash rear camera along with a 1.9MP camera in the front.
  6. The connectivity options include Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi 802.11a/b/g/n/ac, 3G, GPS/GLONASS, HSPA , EDGE and USB port.
  7. It has 2,600mAh battery which is quite great and company claims that it can provide 17 hours talktime with decent usage.
  8. The phone will be available in white, black and pink colours in the market.
  9. It has many useful apps that comes preinstalled in the phone like Story Album, S Translator, S Travel, Samsung Hub amongst the few.

The smartphone will face a strong competition from the recently launched Gionee Elife E7smartphone that has much better specs and features than Galaxy Grand 2.
