Meizu launches phablet Meizu M2 Note in India for Rs. 9,999 : Review & Specifications

Chinese smartphone manufacturer Meizu has launched its new phablet Meizu M2 Note for Rs. 9,999 after the success of M1 Note. It will be exclusively available on Amazon India from August 10. It runs latest Flyme OS based on Android 5.0 Lollipop and will be available in four colour options - Grey, Blue, Pink, White.

Like its predecessor, this dual-sim device features 5.5-inch Full HD and Sharp IGZO screen display with 403ppi pixel density and resolution of 1080x1920 pixels. It is supported by 64-bit MediaTek MT6753 octa-core processor at a clock frequency of 1.3 Ghz. It comes with 2GB RAM and 16GB internal storage with the expandable option.
M2 Note sports 13 megapixel CMOS rear camera with Sony IMX135 image sensor, 4x digital zoom and dual-tone flash which ensures white balance and great picture quality even in low-light condition. 5MP front camera has been upgraded with 4 element lens and FotoNation beatifying system to click much improved selfies and video-calling as compared to its predecessor.
Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, 4G LTE, Bluetooth, micro SD card slot and dual-SIM support.
Meizu, Chinese device maker, entered India smartphone market with M1 Note in May this year. It might expand its horizon in India and tap its market with M2 Note and MX5, owing to its growing user base and opportunities. At the price factor of Rs. 9,999, M2 Note will directly compete with Lenovo K3 note and Micromax Yu Yureka Plus with similar specifications and features.
