Xiaomi Mi A1 is perfect Android One phone with Dual cameras
Xiaomi Mi A1 is the new flagship phone by Chinese smartphone manufacturer Xiaomi priced at Rs. 14,999. The device is available on September 12 at 12PM on Flipkart as well as Mi Home stores. Airtel customers will also get up to 200GB of additional data if they purchase the Xiaomi Mi A1 smartphone in India. The company has partnered with Google's Android One platform which is a biggest highlight of this phone. It will come with advanced stock Android 7.1.2 operating system and will offer a pure Android experience to the user with a clean design and a small, carefully curated set of preinstalled apps. It will be getting timely Android Oreo update by the end of the year.
Other Google services optimised for this new device are Google Assistant, Photos and Google Play Protect for extra security against malware. It sports a full metal unibody design with 2.5D curved glass and fingerprint sensor embedded on the rear panel. It is made up of a dual pyrolytic graphite sheet which radiates heat hence reducing thermal performance by upto 2-degrees Celsius. This hybrid dual Sim device features a 5.5-inch full-HD (1080x1920 pixels) display with Corning Gorilla Glass. It is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 SoC paired with 4GB of RAM and 64GB expandable inbuilt storage upto 128GB (via a microSD card).
In terms of camera performance, it flaunts Dual rear camera (12MP+12MP) which is equipped with f/2.2 aperture and a secondary telephoto lens for 2x zooming and portraits with shallow depth of field.
