Samsung launches Budget Smartphones Galaxy On5 & On7 with 4G LTE support

Samsung has recently launched two Budget smartphones Samsung Galaxy On5 and Samsung Galaxy On7 at 8,990 and 10,990 respectively. With Samsung Galaxy J7 , Samsung Galaxy J5 , Galaxy On5 and On7, it plans to establish its foothold over low cost smartphone market, thus giving tough competition to the likes of Micromax and Motorola Moto mobiles.
South Korean giant will be expanding its online presence by selling Galaxy On5 and Galaxy On7 exclusively on Flipkart. Both the phones have similar look and hardware specifications except that Galaxy On7 comes with bigger 5.5-inch screen size, better rear camera whereas Galaxy On5 has 5-inch display.

Both the devices have impressive look with chrome finished plastic frame with faux-leather finish back cover. Samsung Galaxy On7 comes with 5.5 inch HD display powered with 1.2 GHz quad-core processor while Samsung Galaxy On5 includes smaller 5 inch HD display packed with 1.3 GHz Exynos 3475 quad-core processor. Both of them support 1.5GB RAM, 8GB internal memory, 128GB MicroSD support, Android 5.1 Lollipop, Dual SIM card slots and 4G LTE support.
Galaxy On7 delivers better camera performance with its 13MP rear camera and 5MP front camera and has powerful and bigger 3000mAh battery. On the other hand, Galaxy On5 features a 8MP rear camera with LED flash and a 5MP selfie camera. The handset also provides battery back up of around 7-8 hours on medium usage with 2600mAh battery.

Conclusion : Galaxy On7 and On5 have decent specifications but for consumers who are brand conscious and have budget below 10000 INR, will really appreciate them. Samsung cannot match specifications offered by Chinese manufacturers but they definitely provide brand recognition and great after sales services.
